1. Shipping:
   • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
   • Once an order is received, we do our best to dispatch it within the next business day.
   • In case of any delay, you’ll be notified via SMS or Email.
   • Delivery within India: Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Expected delivery time is 1 to 7 days, depending on the location.
   • Any delay will be communicated promptly.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
   COD is not available.
3. Please use UPI or online payment methods for all purchases.

At Gokiddee, every product is packed with love and care to ensure you receive only the best quality. However, we understand that rare situations may arise, and we’re here to help!

Returns

• Returns are not accepted except in cases of product damage during transit.
• Returns are accepted if there is a mismatch between the item ordered and the item received. Mismatch means totally different product altogether. Color variation, size variation or performance of the product are not considered as Mismatch.
• To initiate a return, customers must provide a 360° video while unpacking the parcel, clearly showing the issue.
• Returns without an unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.
• Our team will arrange for the return shipment after verification of the damage claim.
• The customer has to send the product in as is condition without any further damage to the product.

Refunds

• Once we receive the return shipment, the same is being reviewed and confirmed by the team, only after which the refunds will be processed. 
• Refund will be processed in 3-5 working days after the receipt of the shipment.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment source or a verified bank account, as applicable.
  
• Once the amount is refunded, the same will be duly intimated to the customer email/ mobile number.

Important Notes

• Products must be returned in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds or replacements are not applicable for issues arising from regular wear, tear, or improper use.
• Gokiddee reserves the right to approve or reject any return claim based on evidence provided.
