Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns in the following cases:

✓ Damaged during transit – Full refund or free replacement with free return pickup (unboxing video required)
✓ Wrong item received – Full refund or exchange with free return pickup (applies when a completely different product is sent)
✓ Unopened items – Return within 5 days for a refund code to exchange for any other product. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund code value.

What's Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened gift items, toys, educational products, and school supplies
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
  • Size or color variations (please check product descriptions and images carefully before ordering)
  • Minor color differences from product images (screens may display colors differently)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide clear photos of the issue – packaging and product from multiple angles
  3. For damaged items - MANDATORY: Submit an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage. Claims without unboxing video will not be accepted.
  4. Await confirmation – Our team will review and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours
  5. Return pickup – We'll arrange courier pickup (free for damaged/wrong items; charges apply for unopened item exchanges)
  6. Pack carefully – Return items in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

Unboxing Video Requirements for Damage Claims

To ensure fair processing of damage claims, we require:

  • Video must show the package in sealed/unopened condition at the start
  • Continuous recording while opening the package (no cuts or edits)
  • Clear view of the product and any damage
  • Visible order details or shipping label in the video
  • Without a valid unboxing video, damage claims cannot be processed

Refund & Exchange Timeline

  • Returns are reviewed within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after verification and credited to your original payment method
  • Refund codes for unopened item exchanges are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
  • Replacements are shipped within 3-5 business days after we receive the return
  • Standard shipping charges apply when ordering with a refund code
  • You'll receive email and SMS confirmation at every step

Shipping Charges

  • Damaged or wrong items: We cover all return and replacement shipping costs
  • Unopened item exchanges: Return shipping charges (as per courier rates) will be deducted from your refund code. Standard shipping charges apply to your new order.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
  • Gokiddee reserves the right to approve or reject return claims based on the evidence provided
  • Refunds or replacements are not applicable for damage from regular use or improper handling
